Ruth and I went for a run around Lake Union and then lifted. When running, I turned around at the Freemont Bridge when it was up for a ship so I got about 8 and a half miles in.

Weights were hard today. Drank some gatorade after the run but I was pretty shakey near the end. Also added weight to my chest and back exercises.

Sorry about the last spelling error in the last note. Hey there S, why did you leave out supergirls and leg press? Run out of time? Better to leave out a set of each biceps and triceps or drop the crunches instead. They are the least important in your whole program. Since you are so tired, it is probably time for a rest today?
