Got in a nice ride this morning on the rollers while Ruth did her interval run. I did it as a 10 minute WU and then 9 minutes in my big ring , 1 minute easy in a smaller gear and repeat 5 times. My HR never got any higher than 135 and I felt good.

Then I went to Pilates Class during lunch to give it a try but the instructor never showed. So I did a quick 3 mile run on the treadmill and a bit of core.
