Went to swim practice this morning and got the lane to myself. Did a mostly kick workout and focused on rolling. Did one stroke of Butterfly and my shoulder screamed...

For my run today, I decided to do 5 x 1 mile intervals on the 7:30. Because of the weather and time constraints, I had to do it on the treadmill and I figured that this set was the equivalent of the 10 x 800's I had been doing on the 3:45. I just doubled the distance and time.

Hi, I just wanted to see how you were doing. Is it freezing cold over there? We have had really warm weather the last couple of weeks, which is completely unusual. If you ever think of training in Europe, there is a superb Canadian-German training camp organized on the Spanish island of Mallorca...

I have to tell somebody who is not in my work environment. I am quitting in April and will work for 7 weeks as a cycling guide on Mallorca. I hope that this will make me fit enough for the crazy 400 mile gigathlon in July. I will decide in May if I can do it... and then, I will start studing physical therapy in the fall. Let sports move your life! Take care, and keep at it.

P.S. Is your weight dropping? I stopped eating morning cereals (I always ate oats and stuff without any sugar) and reduced milk products - 6 pounds in 2 weeks...
