Took it easy during swim practice this morning but got in some decent distance.

Had planned a ride around Mercer Island after work but the cold weather and possible rain turned me into a weather weenie. So I got on the rollers and did a 1, 2 and 3 mile pyramid workout with .25 mile recovery in-between each one.
