Got to the gym a few minutes late but still got in the basics for upper weights as well as Core class.

Then got in my interval run on the treadmill - my times do not reflect my speed necessarily, just how quickly I hit the button. I looked at my schedule and in order to hit the 10 x 800 @ 03:45 during my interval run workout (every other week), I needed to increase this week's to 6 instead of 5. I did not have a lot of time so I only did a quick .5 mile WU and walked a .25 mile CD.
