I had to miss my beloved core class this morning because of an early morning call with the UK :(

I did hill repeats during lunch on the Beacon Hill bridge. I don't have my splits but I did 7 repeats ranging in time from 2:24-2:31. I was getting slower but managed to keep my last two closer to 2:25. Followed up with some very sweaty core work -- kept slipping off the ball!
