Was up last night working so I slept in a bit this morning. I thought I would get in my bike workout by now but ended up working again through the morning and early afternoon. I had to run some errands and finally ran to 24 to get in a quick lift.

I added 5 miles to last week's long bike ride on the rollers and managed to get my average speed up bit but my legs were too pooped to do much standing so I sat a lot.
