I got in a really good interval run at Seattle Fitness this morning on the treadmill. It has been a VERY long time since I have done an interval run and it sure showed! I did a 1 mile WU at 10 mm pace, then 4(.75 @ 8:00, .25 recovery) and I was definitely working to keep an 8 minute mile pace!

I hoped to get in a lift right after work before we met friends at the game but did not get a chance.
