Ruth dropped me off at Marymoor this morning for my long run. I kept the pace below a 10 minute mile and changed my timer to drink some gatorade every 10 minutes instead of the 15 I had been doing before. My new hydration pack continued to work like a charm! I felt great most of the run except that I got a litle "burpy" near the end.
