Slept in this morning but got in some strength training during lunch.

Then went for my interval run AFTER a rather crazy work day. Never a good idea. My workout was (2x800, 6x400).

Didn't get in a long WU because I was pressed for time so just kinda went at it.

Now that I am recording my time, I see that I only did 5 400's! I really really thought I had counted 6. CRAP.
