The alarm woke me up this morning at 5:30 and I made the decision that sleep was more important than swim practice today and slept in until 7:20! Even though we went to bed early, I was still tired from the last 5 days of entertaining I guess. Anyway, will do a quick roller interval workout this evening to keep my blood circulating.

Roller workout was 40 minutes long. 10 minute WU, 20 min with 3 minutes at 145+ HR, and 2 Min at 115 HR.
