Emily had us complete a set of 100's that hurt. Badly. I had to leave a few minutes early because I had early international trainings scheduled but I made it through the hardest part of the workout.

Took my bike to work today. Plan was to ride home after work (actually, I ended up riding to our friends' house for dinner in the Rainier/Dearborn street area) and then ride back to work on Friday. Did not wear my HR monitor and took the long way around Mercer Island
