Had a great time riding the Daffodil Classic today with Ruth (her 40th birthday ride) and Dave. We planned to do the 70 mile route (AKA 47 + 20) and I decided after 50 miles to sit in the sun and read while they did the additional 2o. It was a perfect decision because I felt happy and done with the first loop. Doing the other 20 would have been pushing it -- not a good choice for my recovery week :)
