Got in another ride on the rollers this morning. Could not get a respectable speed on the new rollers but got in a good hour.

Went for a 3+ mile run with Chris during lunch. We even threw in a couple of sprints for the heck of it.

2 x 8 Biceps @ 15, 1 x 12 Biceps @ 12 (did these for the first time one arm at a time and learned that I have been cheating!!!)
