Had a good swim workout today. Part of the workout included a 3 x 300 (200 for time and 100 recovery). I was pretty happy to do a 3:15, 3:10 and finally 3:07 for the 200's.

I got in a spin workout after work. I wanted to do 2 x 12 min but ended up doing 4 x 5 min with 1 min recovery when the first one was pretty hard.
