Got in a good upper weight session in the morning (feeling strong) and then made it through another one of Jon's killer Abdominitrix class.

Because Monday's run ended up being tempo paced, I opted for a stair workout instead today and did the football stairs 4x alternating between running up single steps and walking 3 steps at a time.
