After way too much waffling, I finally decided to take a complete rest day today and move my long run to tomorrow.

Instead, I dragged Janarah to pick up a used bike and tried to teach her the joy of shifting and she reciprocated by dragging me to the movies to watch Prom Night (1 hour and 38 minutes I will never get back...)
