Slept like crap last night and the only good thing about it was that I was actually awake at 4:44 AM when my alarm went off for swim practice. Today was an IM workout and after the first couple of sets, they made me lead. I ended up doing my breastroke pull butterfly kick so I did not get run over during the longer IM's.

Today's spin class kicked my ass. Hard. My legs were already spent from the last couple of days and her workout was relentless. Ouch.
