Met the group this morning at Gaswork for a run. The schedule had 5 miles but I started out with the 8 mile group and then turned around about halfway to try to get back in time to check incoming runners in. Of course, my math was completely wrong and I ended up running the last 3 miles at a sprint/tempo pace and still got back too late.
