Yoga today was really good and worked on letting my poses "flow" rather than trying to muscle into them. It did not make me any more flexible but it was a good practice for me to work on. I am definitely feeling much stronger in my upper body and was able to do some poses for a second or two longer than I have been able to do in the past.

I juggled around my workout schedule after missing my bike yesterday and decided to get in a run today during lunch, and bike after swimming tomorrow.
