I really got my butt kicked this morning in swim practice in the big kids lane. The main set was 3x (4x75 pull and 500 free descending). My goal the first 500 was to not get dropped and I hung in there until the last 100. By halfway through the second 500, my goal dropped to not getting lapped. I did manage to make it... Fortunately we did not have enough time for the last 500 but of course, we did 300. I was whooped.
