Swim practice this morning was a great workout and I really worked to get in three dolphin kicks off the wall during the sprint set. I even got a compliment from the coach :) Left a little early to get everything together for Core Class and managed to get there on time.

After work, I hopped on my bike and rode to the gym to get in a lift before weenie-ing out and putting my bike on the bus to head home. I rationalized it by telling myself I needed fresh legs for tomorrow.
