This morning, we all slept in and then went to the gym at Northgate so Ruth could machine hop and I could get in my first speed workout in...oh months. It was a good idea to work out indoors because I am still dealing with a very sore throat and congestion.

I warmed up for a mile at a 10ish pace and then did 3 miles at an 8:20 pace (I am supposed to do 8:25 but my only choices were 8:27 or 8:20). Then cooled down for .5 miles and did a bit of core while Ruth finished up. Now, if I can survive a full work day today, I would love to get in a lift after work. Stay tuned!
