Swam with Duncan again this morning and had a pretty good, although short swim workout. Was able to draft during most of the short sets, but when he used his pull bouy for the 300's he dropped me by a full lap .

Erin (swim coach) talked to me after about my flip turns and that I was flipping from my hips, not my knees and creating all sorts of extra unecessary movement. Need to work on keeping tucked.

I think you should use fins when Duncan gets the pull buoy!!
