Did an ladder interval run workout today (.25, .5, .75, .5, .25 with .25 walk recover for each). Life is a little stressful right now and that showed in today's workout :(

Been meaning to thank you for changing the color of your blog, that pink was a bit, well much.... Your riding AT looks higher than before. You are holding 10 beats higher for longer. Don't worry about a slugish run, but if all your workouts are not quite there than take an easy day or make the workout all aerobic. Yeah for the mountain climb, aren't they fun. CM
