Today was my long run. Dad found me a 14-15 mile route along the Halifax River between two bridges (Granada and the bridge south of Route 40, the International Speedway). It was a wonderful and beautiful run and I was plenty tired by the end of it. It started out a bit hot and I was concerned about the heat and humidity. But it ended up clouding up so I survived. I was too tired at the end (plus I had to go up a bridge) to attempt last mile fast mile so it was a very slow pace throughout. I kept my HR between 130-140 throughout.
