Happy Birthday to ME! Today begins my 40th year on this planet....

For my birthday present to me, I am NOT:
Swimming
Biking
Running
Lifting

Went out for lunch with some girls from the office and will meet some friends at Coastal Kitchen for my birthday dinner.

New Balance registration is open. You going this year? I'm signed up.

And your training sounds like it is going very well in spite of having ups and downs. I have difficult days and easy days as well. Sometimes it's the workout and sometimes, it's just plain old me.
