Decided to give my knee one more day of rest from running and went for a long bike ride with Ruth instead. We did the 70 mile route of her ADA ride and had a terrific time despite the wind. Ruth put it best when she said "I thought we were riding into a headwind until we turned the corner and rode into a headwind."
