Today was a very long travel day for me as my flight from Boston left at 6AM. Ruth and I went for a run around the outer loop of Greenlake in the afternoon and while it did not feel like a great run, I did make it around. Tomorrow I am going to go on Ruth's easy 25 mile ADA training ride and then Gisela and I are dipping into Lake Washington for our inaugural swim. Yikes! :)
