Was up past midnight last night and my tempo bike workout definitely suffered. I had planned to ride 25 @ 18mph, 5 recovery and 25 @ 18 mph on my rollers but my legs and body did not oblige. I did make myself do 2 sets of 20 minutes but I could not get my speed up.

Hopefully my run after work will be better.

Run around Greenlake was windy but fine. My HR was kind of high but I was not exactly running at an impressive clip...
