Last night, Wally decided (with his body weight on my books) that one hour of studying was enough and it would be much better if we lay on the couch and watched TV while I pet him. I finally agreed...

Got in a lift this morning before work.

Spin class was good today -- Tija had a nice mix of songs from The Birds to Simon and Garfunkle and there was NO SPRINTING! Whoop whoop :) But a LOT of climbing and other drills that were tough on my legs. I did get in lunges after but had a meeting at 2 so I still need to do my other two lower weigh exercises.
