Took yesterday off completely and caught up a bit on my life :)

First of all, congratulations to Jeff, who is a first time grandfather! His granddaughter was born at 1:04 AM on Friday. Hopefully pictures on his blog will follow soon!!!

Got in a lift and core class this morning. I will run after work because I get to have lunch with Ann and catch up on all the serious BUTT she has been kicking at the last two half Irons recently!

Got in a run after work. Did a loop over 5 up Meridian, across 130th and back via Roosevelt. Legs still feeling a bit tired but I took it easy and felt good.
